1: Overview
The Lifecycle Summary page displays the most important information for an end user without the need to navigate to another page. The Summary page provides a narrative of the team’s performance, how the results align within the organization, and what actions can be taken to improve.
2: Exporting the Summary Page
There are three formats in which you can export the Summary page:
PowerPoint - The Share Results - PPT button allows you to download a presentation-ready version of the Summary page as a PowerPoint file.
PDF - The PDF export option is located under the three-dot (⋮) menu in the top-right corner. If this is your first time exporting from Studio after an update, you may see a pop-up labeled “Zoom Controls and Export Options.” Click the Done button to dismiss it. Once the pop-up is closed, you can select “Page PDF Export” from the three-dot menu to download a PDF of the Summary page you are viewing.
(Excel/Image - The download icon allows you to export a widget. Widgets containing charts or other images can be saved as a .PNG file, while widgets with tables can be exported as an .XLS file.
3: Views
A frontline manager is responsible for a team of individual contributors or “direct reports.” When a frontline manager lands on the Summary page, the widgets reflect feedback received from individuals reporting directly to them. Frontline managers do not have a difference between their “rollups” and their “direct reports,” therefore they only get one view: My Team View. This view has similar widgets as the Direct Reports view for leaders of leaders. These views can be applied to every page of the report except Overall Organization.
Depending on the selected view, a widget may have different content. Additionally, some widgets are permissioned only to certain users.
3.1: My Team View
In "My Team View", managers of managers will see details summarizing performance and important topics for all the teams that roll up to their area of responsibility.
3.2: Direct Reports
Using the rollup, managers of managers can switch to "Direct Reports" view. This enables them to review content relevant to the people they directly supervise.
4: Standard Widget Functionality and Content
Every widget has the same consistent layout and user interface:
Title - Appears near the top of the widget, summarizing the content of the displayed data.
Information Icon - Contains further explanation about how the data is calculated, supporting data points, and ways to use the information.
Download Icon - Lets the end user download a .PNG file of the widget and, if applicable, an .XLS of the detailed data behind the widget.
