Response Rates Page Overview
The Response Rates page is accessible during survey administration and after the survey closes.
The response rate to the survey helps you understand how many people within the organization took time to complete the survey and are represented in the results.
The Response Rates Page contains the following widgets:
Daily Response Count Widget.
Response Rate Table Widget.
How the Response Rates are Calculated
Response rates are calculated based on the following:
The number of people who completed the survey, divided by the number of people who were invited to take the survey.
Daily Response Count Widget
The Daily Response Count widget tracks survey completions over time. This data shows you how many people on your team completed the survey each day, and represents them in the results. Hovering over the data point provides the exact number of responses for each day.
Exporting the Daily Response Count Widget
You can export the Daily Response Count Widget to .PNG format. To do this, click the download button located in the top-right corner of the widget.
Response Rate Table Widget
The information displayed in the Response Rate Table widget includes:
Name: The name of each unit in the hierarchy, or the response options for the chosen demographic.
Invited: The number of individuals invited from that unit.
Responses: The number of individuals from that unit who completed a survey.
Response Rate: The number of individuals who completed the survey, divided by the number of people who were invited to take the survey from the unit.
Rollup: An asterisk (*) indicates units that are rollups. This column is only available in the Organization hierarchy – Flat display.
Tip: You can click the header of any numerical column to sort by largest to smallest or vice versa.
Exporting the Response Rate Widget to Excel
You can export the Response Rate Widget to Excel format. To do this, click the download button located in the top-right corner of the widget. All data will be exported based on the end user’s permissions, the current report group, and any filters applied.
Display Options
Using the drop down menu, select the variable you would like to display in the table rows.
Organization hierarchy – Hierarchy
Rollup units are indicated with a bold font.

Expand and contract tree structure in the center of the screen to navigate through the organization's hierarchy.
Tip: Easily expand and view all units by exporting the file to Excel. The exported file retains the hierarchical format, showcasing nested units, with rollup units highlighted in bold.
Organization hierarchy – Flat
Rollups are indicated by an asterisk (*).
Removes the nested structure of the hierarchy and displays the organizational units as a flat list.
