Getting Started
This resource walks you through how to edit an existing action plan. To begin, open your plan be clicking on its name on the Action Plans tab.
In order to edit a plan, you need to be one of the following:
An owner
A collaborator
Have access to the hierarchy node associated with the plan
Have access to a parent of that hierarchy node
Updating the Status of your Plan
To update the status of your plan, select the drop-down in the blue button in the top right corner.
Edit Settings
To make additional updates to your plan, select the Edit Settings button immediately to the right of the blue status button.
This action opens a box where you can edit the following:
1 Action Plan Name
2 Description
3 Owner
4 Source
5 Items/Dimensions
6 Hierarchy
7 Hierarchy Node
8 Collaborators
9 Start Date (Updating the plan start date to occur in the past will update the plan status to In Progress)
10 Due Date
Click the Save button to save your changes.
